Responsibilities
Inspire, lead, and develop our people

Drive process efficiency and optimization
Partner with enabling groups; account management, sales, staffing, enablement and verticals
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in consulting
Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English
Experience in leading and building a team
Ability to drive customer success and retention
Experience in managing and driving retention
Ability to deliver customer success
Experience in driving process efficiency and optimization
Ability to partner with enabling groups such as account management, sales, staffing, enablement and verticals
Preferred
3+ years of consulting experience ideally for large consulting and/or software providers
2+ years of leadership experience in a mentor, buddy or team lead capacity supporting development and growth
Desire to lead, inspire and motivate a professional services team of early career direct reports in office
Demonstrated success as a customer facing consultant; experience in translating customer business requirements into workable software solutions
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Proven customer engagement skills and track record of implementing SaaS or cloud-based technologies
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle employee and team challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline (Master's degree is a plus)
Project management experience a plus
Ability to travel as needed; up to 25%
