The role involves delivering ad-hoc reporting, advising operational teams on financial implications, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with profitability goals.

Responsibilities
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for all functions throughout the organization
Utilize Business Intelligence tools to develop reports for analyzing current and past trends of KPIs
Assist in the development of the annual budget, forecasts (Sales; P&L), and financial 3-year strategic plan
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Partner with operations to drive margin improvement initiatives
Maintain all financial files. (Monthly internal & external packages, forecast, budget, etc.)
Prepare and distribute monthly internal and external financial reporting packages
Prepare quarterly BOD slides for Finance/Accounting
Prepare rolling 13-week cash forecast
Support during the year-end external audit process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
4-6 years of accounting or finance experience in a financial planning and analysis role
Strong leadership skills
Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing setting
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL experience
Cost Accounting experience
Microsoft Office suite experience (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience working with ERP systems (IQMS is a plus)
MBA
CPA, CMA or other certification
Prior public accounting experience
