The internship focuses on AI-driven capabilities to enhance eCommerce experiences, allowing interns to collaborate with various teams and contribute to innovative projects.

Responsibilities

Help define and deliver AI-driven capabilities that elevate product discovery, customer experience, and internal creative workflows across our eCommerce ecosystem

Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and data science partners to explore opportunities in areas such as semantic and multimodal search, personalized recommendations, and agent-assisted shopping experiences

Contribute to AI-driven design and content tools that help our creative and merchandising teams work more efficiently and with greater inspiration

Through research, requirement definition, prototyping, and measurement, contribute to the roadmap for AI use cases that drive meaningful business outcomes and support the evolution of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.’s digital experiences
