Manage offboarding logistics and documentation
Serve as the go-to person for benefits questions and enrollment
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
Keep Rippling clean and up-to-date
Handle HR operations tasks as they come up—you'll wear many hats

Qualification

Required

2-4 years of experience in people operations, HR, or similar
Familiarity with HRIS systems (Rippling experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
