Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance e-commerce applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Next.js). Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services to enhance platform functionality

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable e‑commerce applications and services

Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices

Drive adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., microservices, headless commerce, CI/CD)

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Optimize site performance, SEO, and accessibility across devices and browsers

Build and maintain core e‑commerce features such as product catalogs, shopping carts, checkout flows, and payment integrations

Integrate with CRM, inventory to ensure seamless operations

Optimize site performance, SEO, and accessibility for global audiences

Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to deliver customer‑centric solutions

Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and career development support

Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog refinement

Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines

Monitor application performance, reliability, and scalability, implementing proactive improvements

Introduce automation for testing, deployment, and monitoring to reduce manual effort

Stay current with emerging e‑commerce technologies and recommend innovative solutions

Translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Provide input on product roadmaps and contribute to strategic technology decisions

Deliver measurable improvements in conversion rates, site speed, and user experience

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for e-commerce platforms

Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other relevant data protection standards

Implement secure coding practices and conduct regular vulnerability assessments

Collaborate with InfoSec teams to safeguard customer and transaction data

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Math or equivalent degree

5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on e-commerce platforms

Proven ability to build productive collaborative relationships, motive team members, and instill a positive can do attitude

Experience in the planning, analysis, and design of software application strategies

Extensive knowledge of the system development life cycle, the customer area's functions and systems, and application program development alternatives

Should have a deep understanding of many software development methodologies

Deep understanding and application of WCAG, PCI, PII, Encryption requirements

2+ years Adobe Experience Manager is a plus

2+ years of experience in modern web technologies like React, API gateways and/or 2+ years of experience with web systems architecture components like Akamai/CDN, DNS, SSL and/or

2+ years of experience with MarTech solutions like Adobe target, Analytics, session recording, and personalization tools

Strong understanding of Web UI Technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular

Proven experience on Product Testing and driving result through iterative testing

Strong experience and understanding of Serverless Architecture
