Provide executive oversight across multiple mixed-use projects (residential, retail, hospitality, office)
Partner with development, design, and construction leadership on feasibility, budgets, and schedules
Drive accountability across project teams, consultants, and GC partners
Manage risk, cost controls, and delivery strategy at a portfolio level
Serve as the senior decision-maker from early planning through close-out
Qualification
Required
12+ years in construction or development leadership
Deep experience delivering complex mixed-use projects
Strong background in preconstruction, budgeting, and execution
Proven ability to lead senior teams and external partners
