This role involves delivering exceptional field service for Iteris solutions, including advanced detection and ITS equipment, while providing vital training, troubleshooting, and programming support.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive on-site, and phone-based troubleshooting, system turn-on, and support of Iteris detection and signal-related ITS devices

Execute installation, maintenance, and repair services for Iteris equipment under maintenance/service contracts, emphasizing responsiveness and accountability

Uphold high safety standards while working in and around roadways, including proficiency in the use of bucket trucks

Foster strong client relationships by delivering professional, timely, and effective technical solutions

Regularly travel (up to 50% overnight) to ensure optimal on-site project support

Required

IMSA Level I Certification (or the ability to obtain) required

Minimum of three (3) years of field-based technical support experience with traffic signal – ITS equipment (e.g., cabinets, controllers, detection systems)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential

Proven track record working with ITS equipment, whether for a manufacturer or in a municipal/contractor role

Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service, professionalism, and effective communication in high-stakes environments

Self-motivated, team-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement

Must hold an acceptable driving record and be able to travel extensively
