Responsibilities

Provide Oracle HCM offshore techno-functional consulting services
Coordinate with functional leads to convert client data for all HCM modules and to create Fast Formulas as per the scope of the project
Monitor conversion statistics and issues
Develop and test Fast Formulas

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience with HCM conversions and Fast Formulas
Minimum 1 full implementation as a Core HR conversion resource
Experience with HDL and HSDL
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS
Knowledge of Fast Formula development and conversion processes
Familiarity with the following Cloud modules: Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Labor
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
Strong work effort planning and prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
English: Proficient

Preferred

1 full implementation as a Payroll conversion resource, including mid-year balances
Oracle certification
Additional Cloud module experience
