The practice is broad, and you will be a corporate generalist in this role – great steppingstone to inhouse

M&A experience is considered a plus but not imperative

This position is extremely hands-on with direct client contact and excellent potential upward trajectory

1800 billable target

Compensation slightly below Cravath with very generous bonuses
