Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO
Royal Pacific Funding is a rapidly growing wholesale mortgage loan lender based in Newport Beach, CA, seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO. The role involves providing administrative support, managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel, and assisting with personal errands and financial recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CEO's personal and professional calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
Prepare, review, and respond to correspondence, presentations, and reports
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments
Assist with special projects as directed
Assist with CEO’s personal family errands, commitments, and appointments
Drive for personal errands and occasional family-related appointments; valid driver’s license required
Maintain personal financial records in QuickBooks
Prepare monthly personal financial statements
Prepare checks from various accounts, both personal and organizational
Manage and maintain payments for specific projects and initiatives
Coordinate transportation and attend medical appointments
Handle miscellaneous personal errands and tasks
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Microsoft programs such as Outlook and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Valid driver's license and ability to drive for errands and family-related appointments
Preferred
Some accounting experience is a preferred
Accounting experience or familiarity with financial recordkeeping is preferred
