Responsibilities
Operate bimanual robots following standard operating procedures (SOPs) in R&D environments
Accurately collect data consistent with a high internal quality bar
Maintain clear record of completed workflows and label data using internal tooling
Adhere to all safety guidelines in lab setting
Qualification
Required
No prior technical experience required; must demonstrate curiosity, coachability, and consistency
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 2-3 hours consecutively
Requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, including the confidence to raise questions or flag inconsistencies
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to office location
Thrive in a fast paced environment
