Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with Asian channel distributors
Conduct regular field visits to independent Asian channel stores and ensure product availability, merchandising, and promotional compliance
Identify and grow business opportunities in the restaurant and foodservice sector
Collaborate with distributor partners on sales strategies, inventory management, and in-store execution
Monitor sales performance and report KPIs (sales volume, promotions, store visits, etc.)
Work closely with internal teams (sales strategy, MD, SCM) to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the Asian channel
Participate in trade shows, food expos, or community events targeting Asian demographics, which may require weekend work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1 to 3 years previous experience as sales manager or rep, preferably in food industry
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines
Proficient skills in MS Office with emphasis on Excel
Bilingual in Korean required
