Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in biology or related field, with at least two years' experience in laboratory research
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate

Preferred

More than 3 years' experience in laboratory research
Lab management experience
Experience with mammalian cell culture and generation of stable cell lines via lentiviral vectors
Experience with bacterial cell culture
Experience with PCR and fluorescence microscopy
Experience with molecular cloning via Gibson assembly, restriction digest, etc

Retirement Plan Eligibility: The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
