Responsibilities
Identify and establish partnerships with cosmetics retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms in the local market
Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and propose new product opportunities
Collaborate with headquarters to manage orders, shipping, customs clearance, and compliance
Set country-specific sales targets, plan promotions, and monitor performance
Participate in international beauty exhibitions, meet new buyers, and promote the brand
Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure timely payment collection
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree or International Trade, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
Experience: Minimum 3 years in cosmetics retail, distribution, or export/import operations
Other: Willingness to travel and work abroad; strong understanding of global business practices
Preferred
Experience in B2B retail channel sales or business development in cosmetics industry
Proven track record in cosmetics distribution and supply chain management
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with retailers and distributors
Ability to manage cross-border logistics and compliance processes
