Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy: Develop, articulate, and champion a compelling long-term product vision and strategy based on in-depth market analysis, customer research, and competitive intelligence
Market Leadership: Serve as the internal expert on our market, customers, and competitors. Identify and analyse market trends to uncover new opportunities and threats
Strategic Roadmap: Own and manage the high-level product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and features that deliver maximum value to our customers and drive key business outcomes ensuring alignment to future regulation, potentially 5+ years ahead
Product Planning & Development: Create and present data-driven business cases for new product initiatives, securing buy-in from executive leadership and key stakeholders across the organization, whilst ensuring Risks & Issues are managed
Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner closely with customer teams to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption through Agile practices
Performance Analysis: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product, using this data to inform strategic decisions
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the central communication hub for the product, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the product's direction and progress through communications and governance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering field, Business
3+ years of experience defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps and building and managing backlogs
2+ years working with Agile software methodologies (Scrum, eXtreme Programming, Kanban)
4+ years with progressive responsibilities in software development

Preferred

Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features
Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others
Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and business partners
Previous success delivering a product to market with an Agile development team, and ongoing development and support of production applications
Curious about new technologies and exhibit a strong desire to learn
Practice in Lean/Lean Startup thinking, human-centered product development and Agile Software development
Have exposure to lightweight product development methods such as user story mapping and/ or rapid prototyping
5+ years of Product Management experience, with duties including but not limited to:
Google Cloud Fundamentals Certifications (or at least evidence of training and preparation for certification)
Experience of Vehicle Development Lifecycle
Experience of Manufacturing Process and BOM management
Exposure to Regulatory processes
