Qualification
Required
Education – HS diploma or GED; or equivalent experience
Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Proven work history of demonstrating proficient and courteous telephone skills and interactions with all customers
Demonstrates clear, professional written and verbal communications
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications to include word processing, and e-mail at a minimum
Preferred
A.A.S. Degree
1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Experience working with diverse clientele who may be facing medical difficulties
Knowledge of medical terminology
