Responsibilities

Join our Litigation Department as a mid-level associate with complex litigation experience

Demonstrate experience in complex litigation, motion practice, depositions, discovery management, and trial preparation

Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, interview memos or other written work product

Conduct witness interviews and prepare for and conduct depositions

Prepare for and participate in arbitrations and trials

Take a leadership role in cases and at the firm

Handle and run multiple significant matters simultaneously

Work hard, demonstrating care, thoughtfulness and attention to detail in work

Required

mid-level associate (4th to 5th year) with complex litigation experience

excellent academic credentials
