Responsibilities
Develop and implement automated testing solutions to streamline testing cycles and enable faster product releases to customers
Take responsibility for delivering both manual and automated testing solutions for customer-facing features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UX Designers, and Compliance, to gain insights into customer usage models and ensure alignment with business goals
Create comprehensive test plans and suites that simulate real-world scenarios and support regression testing, driving the software development process toward quality-driven methodologies
Work closely with development and business teams to communicate potential impacts and thoroughly understand business requirements
Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working as a Quality Engineer
Proficient in scripting and coding languages(i.e. Java, Javascript) and comfortable writing and executing scripts for automation tasks in a very fast paced environment
Experience with Android, iOS or other mobile application development or automated testing
Experience with API automation testing, including unit test automation frameworks
Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated QA experience in QAE role
Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities
Preferred
Experience working in the sportsbook betting domain
Knowledge of testing frameworks and automation experience
Reporting skills, proficient in creating status reports based on automation results
Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness
Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate impacts and to understand business requirements
