Lead and mentor a high-performing IT Aviation team, fostering growth and providing guidance while serving as the escalation point for critical issues
Oversee daily IT operations for Aviation systems, ensuring infrastructure, hardware, and software are secure, reliable, and optimized
Drive process improvements and innovation by implementing automation, standardizing procedures, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Manage budgets and resources strategically, balancing operational needs with long-term initiatives while building strong partnerships with stakeholders and vendors
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in the IT industry required
7+ years directly managing operational staff in an Aviation environment
5-7 years in technical support and familiarity with Aviation-related systems, as well as networking concepts and demonstrated diagnostic skills
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal
