Responsibilities

Develop fresh, engaging, and platform-specific content ideas for TNT + clients and socials, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Write and finalize scripts for all video content
Create clear visual concepts and creative briefs that guide the editing team
Coordinate with our editors to ensure videos and images are edited to your specifications
Collaborate with our social media manager to ensure a smooth hand-off for daily posting
Stay current on social media trends and best practices
Adapt your creative approach for each new client to align with their brand voice and business goals
Manage the entire creative process to ensure a consistent output
Be responsible for meeting a daily posting schedule across all client accounts
Oversee and mentor our Social Media Assistant for brainstorming + posting + idea creation
Work closely with our Head of Creative to have broad oversight on deliverables and the execution of our creative concepts

Required

Proven experience in social media content creation across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Exceptional scriptwriting skills and the ability to create detailed visual concepts for static images
Demonstrated ability to manage a creative workflow and collaborate effectively with editors and social media managers
Experience in a role where you were responsible for both ideation and managing the content delivery process
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar to meet daily deadlines
