Responsibilities
Follow all safety requirements and maintain safe work habits
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Plant Management, and Production teams
Ensure products meet BOM specifications; perform and record timely testing of raw materials, batches, and finished goods
Approve finished products, update inventory, and calculate adjustments as needed
Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment; manage lab supplies
Conduct audits for ISO 9001/14001 compliance and summarize results for management
Apply SPC methods for data collection, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Support ISO system compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate with R&D and Regulatory on process improvements and compliance issues
Prepare/review Certificates of Analysis and lab batch samples for evaluations
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of lab procedures, analytical chemistry, and equipment operation
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and related tools; good financial acumen
Education: Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field preferred (experience may substitute)
Experience: 1–2 years in Quality Control preferred
