Responsibilities

Apply technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focusing on infrastructure engineering for designing and implementing cloud contact center Infrastructure and Application systems at scale

You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development and platform engineering lifecycle, working in agile product teams and partnering with stakeholders to stay focused on common goals aligned to our employees and customers

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 7+ years of applied experience
Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment
Proficiency in one of the modern programming languages; backend - Python, Java, JavaScript etc
Well versed with Infrastructure as a Code with Terraform
Able to design and implement applications on AWS public cloud. Experience with AWS cloud, including migration and optimization for cost efficiency and performance
Hands-on Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Jules, Version Control tools (Git/Bitbucket)
Ability to execute implementation plans for high-performance, fault-tolerant systems within complex environments
Working knowledge of Database technologies (RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL)
Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle – Agile Methodology
Experience in development and design of Rest APIs

Preferred

AWS certified developer and/or Architect certification is preferred
Knowledge and hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and Agile methodologies
Cloud Contact Center (AWS connect) is a big plus
