Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end revenue cycle implementations with a focus on charge services for federal healthcare clients (DoD, and potentially VA)
Configure and customize Cerner Millennium solutions to meet the specific needs of federal reimbursement models and operational workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing hands-on support during deployment and post-go-live stabilization
Adapt to evolving client needs in fast-paced environments, ensuring alignment with government regulations and project goals
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Cerner Charge Services, ideally in a federal healthcare setting
Proven track record in Cerner Millennium implementation, configuration, and optimization
Ability to quickly understand and navigate federal reimbursement processes, including insurance and billing workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and resolve complex issues efficiently
Preferred
Direct experience supporting DoD or VA healthcare projects is strongly preferred
Exposure to both commercial and federal revenue cycle environments, demonstrating adaptability and a broad understanding of industry best practices

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
