Responsibilities

Read and analyze state and federal health IT and interoperability regulations to assess impact to Oracle Health products and services
Work closely with Oracle’s product engineering teams to assess product functionality and develop regulatory strategy
Communicate complex regulatory and technical requirements to product and development teams
Serve as a subject matter expert for internal clients with interpretation of applicable standards and regulations
Collaborate with product development, regulatory, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance requirements and standards
Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement

Qualification

Preferred

Bachelor's degree, or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of relevant experience, preferably working in a healthcare policy or compliance office for a large health system, consulting on Health IT regulations, or working in relevant government experience
Experience working with or in state or federal government preferred
Strong knowledge of state and federal health IT, data exchange, or interoperability policy
Experience working with Oracle Health EHR products preferred
Membership in healthcare trade associates and industry groups preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adjust and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and continually evolving business environment
Technical acumen and the ability to understand and interpret technical specifications

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
