Responsibilities

Prepares and produces basic complexity construction contract documents, using approved methods and standards under general supervision

Prepares and produces basic complexity design presentation materials, using approved methods and standards

Coordinates building design formulation and development of construction contract documents with architectural and engineering staff

Collects background information and documentation including “as ‐ built” data and field survey work, as necessary

Researches construction materials, technologies and methodologies as directed

Performs other duties as required
