Strategic Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI and digital transformation programs—from early scoping and business alignment through delivery, change management, and value realization
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify where AI, automation, and data-driven solutions can unlock operational and financial benefits
Develop transformation charters, business requirements, program roadmaps, success metrics, and governance frameworks
Manage cross-functional execution, ensuring visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams
Partner with business, IT, and Digital teams to align solution design and prioritization with enterprise strategy and technical readiness
Assess and structure complex business problems, conduct process mapping, and define future-state workflows
Prepare business cases and value models to quantify expected impacts and support decision-making
Provide advisory support to leaders exploring AI opportunities and contribute to enterprise playbooks and best practices
Champion adoption by coordinating training, communication, and change management activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, consulting, or related disciplines
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and delivering measurable business impact
Experience developing business cases and facilitating executive-level governance
Demonstrated ability to influence and promote accountability in matrix environments
Experience in building consensus and resolving conflicts effectively
Strong financial acumen for budget development and tracking
Strategic approach with ability to align programs to business objectives
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-directed with ability to work independently
