Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security are followed
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed
Continuously improve application performance and scalability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience
Strong expertise in Java 8/11+ and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
