Responsibilities
Design and develop full-stack applications with a strong focus on front-end (React.js)
Build intuitive, performant, and accessible UIs that delight users and simplify complex workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, iterate quickly, and deliver impactful features
Leverage modern development practices and AI-powered coding assistants to accelerate delivery and improve quality
Write clean, testable, maintainable code and contribute to engineering best practices
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of professional software engineering experience (IC3 level or equivalent)
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js
Experience building and maintaining full-stack applications (Node.js, Java, or similar backend technologies a plus)
Passion for user experience and building products that solve real customer problems
Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to thrive in a global, fast-moving environment
Growth mindset, bias for action, and eagerness to learn and iterate
