Responsibilities
Serve as the Product Owner for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile environments
Lead the design and delivery of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
Oversee the development of model-driven and canvas apps, ensuring alignment with business goals
Drive automation of business processes using Power Automate, integrating with Microsoft 365 and third-party services
Manage and evolve the organization’s SharePoint Online intranet, ensuring it meets communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing needs
Work with content owners and stakeholders to improve site usability, structure, and engagement
Oversee SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development and enhancements to support custom business solutions
Provide guidance on SharePoint Online administration, including permissions, content lifecycle, and compliance
Utilize PowerShell and PnP scripting for automation and administrative tasks
Ensure adherence to governance, licensing, and security best practices across Microsoft 365 solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
Support testing, debugging, and quality assurance of new features and enhancements
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful solution adoption
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams
Experience with MS Graph API, REST services, and integration of external data sources
Familiarity with cloud development practices and modern web technologies
