The Inside Sales Closer role focuses on creating new business opportunities through outbound conversations and developing a quality sales pipeline while adhering to a structured sales framework.

Responsibilities

Initiate outbound outreach to real estate agents and partners via phone, text, social media and email
Conduct first-time conversations professionally and confidently
Follow structured outreach cadences consistently
Qualify prospects using our internal prospect framework
Log and manage pipeline accurately in CRM
Move prospects forward intentionally—not passively
Own daily activity standards and performance metrics
Prioritize high-impact outreach over low-resistance tasks
Maintain consistency regardless of short-term results
Participate actively in coaching, training, and feedback sessions
Apply coaching quickly and visibly
Ask questions and stay engaged, especially when results lag
