The role involves designing and customizing ServiceNow workflows, implementing REST API integrations, and automating processes using native platform tools.

Responsibilities

Build and customize ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and configurations using CSM and SFO tables

Implement REST Integrations including design and manage REST API calls to connect ServiceNow with external systems

Experience automating processes within ServiceNow using native platform capabilities (e.g., Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, etc.)

Develop Automated Test Framework suites as part of the Definition of Done for quality assurance

Work closely with product managers and BSAs to translate requirements into technical solutions

Commercial Banking Domain Knowledge. Familiarity with onboarding commercial services, wire setups, and account opening processes to understand business context
