AML Governance, Sr. Analyst

The AML Governance, Sr. Analyst will support eBay's governance and oversight framework for the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Program, focusing on governance functions such as exam management, issue management, policy management, and training.

Responsibilities
Coordinating regulatory examinations and internal audit requests to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations
Generating reports and providing status updates on both internal and external issues affecting the AML program
Assisting with periodic refresh cycles for AML and Sanctions policies to maintain ongoing regulatory compliance
Supporting the delivery of AML compliance training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Professional experience in compliance, AML, risk management, or financial crime prevention, preferably within a regulated financial services or payments environment
Familiarity with AML governance, training protocols, and regulatory obligations (e.g., BSA, FinCEN)
Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple projects and deliverables
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Minimum 3 years experience employed in an AML Compliance department
AML certification (e.g., CAMS, CFE) or equivalent credential
Understanding of data analytics for compliance risk monitoring
Prior experience with enterprise compliance frameworks and online learning platforms
