Responsibilities

Engineering review of current drawing packages, make requisite changes required to meet requirements and room configurations

Prepare pre-installation, test, and checkout documents of all new AV equipment components and subcomponents

Cataloging and archiving software media included and/or created for AV equipment

Engineering oversite and Installation of AV equipment components and subcomponents in locations specified in the IDP or as otherwise directed by the Government

Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Design

Three (3) years of professional experience in mechanical, structural, or electrical/electronic design

Current active TS/SCI Clearance

Must be able to successfully pass a background check and pre hire drug test

Preferred

Experience in Audio Visual Engineering & Design well versed in AV Applications

Certified Technical Specialist – Design (CTS-D) (AVIXA Certification)

Certified Quality Designer – (CQD) (AQAV Certification)

Possess knowledge and skills for monitoring and measuring quality while the AV system is designed and developed through design reviews and engineering review milestones
