Responsibilities

Responsibility for the Material Stockroom, Hazardous Stockroom and responsible for Receiving Dock and warehouse operation for all aspects of the process ensuring timely receipt processing, inventory management of materials, accurate records and timely issuance of material to manufacturing and production areas
Ensure that all cycle time goals for material processing are met following established procedures, command media and system processes
Manage tasks within budgetary and schedule restraints
Coordinate/lead/perform subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, work assignments, salary, and recognition and career counseling
Ensure employee training and skills certification are up to date
Manage attendance and disciplinary actions
Ensure adherence to the Represented Employees Union contract agreement
Active participation in and implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and performance
Collaboration with other organizations i.e. manufacturing, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Shipping to ensure timely delivery of materials to end users
Provide campus wide support to all employees and organizations and interface with internal and external auditors

Required

Management of hourly represented and salaried employees performing warehouse operations

Preferred

Knowledge of Consolidated Reutilization Hazardous Inventory Management Program (CHRIMP) or equivalent hazardous material management experience
Experience at FBM Field Site
Experience with Government requisitioning (MILSTRIP)
Knowledge of repairable management (3rd and 4th level repair)
Experience with logistics concepts for shipping and receiving
Green Belt Certified
Experience with internal and external audits
Proficient with Microsoft Suite – (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors
Proven ability to communicate with strong interpersonal skills
Effective and efficient written and verbal communication
