Responsibilities

Collaborate in an Agile team to assist in improving and supporting managed devices and virtual desktop infrastructures

Work with End Users to understand issues or perspectives of our EUC platforms for improvements

Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts for Virtual Desktop image releases and updates

Review, understand and report on vulnerability management for EUC environments. Investigate and propose remediations based on NIST standards

Help develop and maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge base articles for MGIC Co-Workers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for the Windows Desktop Engineering team within IT Operations
