Representing clients in legal proceedings
Drafting and filing legal motions
Conducting depositions
Providing legal advice and counsel on family law issues
Managing client relationships
Communicating with clients and other attorneys
Attending court hearings and trials
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Texas Law and Family Law
Experience with legal issues related to divorce, child custody, and other family law matters
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume of cases and prioritize workload efficiently
Experience with drafting and filing legal motions and conducting depositions
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of Texas
Preferred
Experience with collaborative law and mediation is a plus
