Responsibilities
Work with product management to define requirements on what needs to be built and why
Map workflows by outlining account opening and automation processes in ServiceNow (request >> verification >> setup >> enablement)
Build simple analysis models and task flow diagrams
Capture fields, states, SLAs, and dependencies in CSM/SFO tables for consistent implementation
Identify downstream systems and specify REST endpoints for automation
Write requirements and convert them into Jira epics and features
Partner with developers to create ATF test cases as part of “Definition of Done.”
Qualification
Required
Strong experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and writing user stories
ServiceNow Automation Experience – must be skilled in automating workflows and integrations within ServiceNow
Experience with Jira
Treasury Management Knowledge and understanding of commercial account opening and related downstream processes
Preferred
Bottomline API experience – Knowledge of Bottomline integrations is a significant plus
