Responsibilities
Develop and enhance core components of Oracle Chat, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance
Implement APIs, services, and integrations that connect AI models, orchestration layers, and enterprise systems
Partner with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, intuitive conversational and workflow experiences
Maintain production health through observability, testing, and proactive monitoring
Participate in design and code reviews, helping improve system quality and maintainability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years of professional software development experience
Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or Go
Experience with REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Preferred
Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered applications
Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph
Interest in distributed systems, observability, and performance tuning
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
