Responsibilities
Analyze and design workflow sequences to improve plant efficiency and equipment layout
Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, and recognition for subordinate engineers
Oversee industrial engineering studies on cost control, inventory management, and production record systems
Monitor implementation of facility modification plans and operating‑method revisions
Assist facilities engineers with planning and design of new plant structures
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Possess an active Secret clearance to start
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Previous leadership experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with CAD layout tools
Ability to drive strategic decision-making through clear reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations
