Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians in the performance of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities on VLS depot level repairable (DLR) items, including cables, internal power supplies, circuit card assemblies, and other electronic LRUs
Provide technical guidance and oversight to technicians on complex repair and test activities, including functional and environmental testing, vibration testing, and special test equipment operations
Respond to LM and USN inquiries and investigate, analyze, and provide counsel on matters relating to past, current, and proposed repair of VLS system, subsystems, and components
Support estimates of effort to complete requested repairs, testing, and shipment of VLS and associated support equipment to US locations and foreign countries
Provide inputs to identify candidate items for repair or test based on projected obsolescence, regular maintenance schedules, ship ORDALT schedules, and new ship construction schedules
Assist in the development and implementation of MRO technology plans, common processes, and applications
Collaborate with senior level Customers, Line of Business Program Managers, and other RMS functional support organizations, including Tech Ops, Operations, Contracts, Subcontracts, Business Development, and Finance

Required
