Responsibilities
Design, create, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms to solve business challenges
Create AI/ML models capable of learning and making predictions based on business logic
Proficient in all aspects of model architecture, data pipeline interaction, and metrics application, interpretation, and presentation
Understand training, retraining, deploying, scheduling, monitoring, and improving models through iterative user and system feedback
Design and create scalable solutions for optimal performance
Lead geographically diverse teams and serve as a primary POC for AI-related matters
Qualification
Required
Proficient in all aspects of model architecture, data pipeline interaction, and metrics application, interpretation, and presentation
Familiarity with foundational concepts of application development, infrastructure management, data engineering, and data governance
Understanding of training, retraining, deploying, scheduling, monitoring, and improving models through iterative user and system feedback
Ability to design and create scalable solutions for optimal performance
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Expert knowledge of multiple programming languages (i.e. Python, Java, C++)
Strong familiarity with Hadoop
