Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and Emerson corporate standards

Lead EHS programs, including policy updates, training, and communications

Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Perform safety assessments (ergonomics, machine guarding, LOTO, job safety analysis) and recommend improvements

Drive hazard recognition and mitigation through processes, audits, and safety initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
