Senior Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Analyze business operations and workflows to identify areas for improvement in our SaaS operations, including service delivery, customer usage and customer onboarding processes
Analyze operational data across systems and service delivery teams to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and cost reduction
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance using data analytics and visualization tools
Report on KPIs related to telecom operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
Provide recommendations for improvement
Conduct root cause analysis on operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve internal tooling and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and forecasts
Develop methods and documentation of standard operating procedures for data analysis and reporting
Assist in the implementation of new technologies and process automation initiatives
Assist in maintaining system configurations to support accurate and efficient data ordering processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements and operational standards
Prepare reports and presentations for customer business reviews and for senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years of experience in operations analysis or business analysis, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment with multi-shore operations
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience preparing quarterly business reviews (QBRs) or similar client-facing reports
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding collaborator, facilitator and skilled cross-functional communicator
Preferred
Ability to apply AI to solve business problems is a plus
Familiarity with telecom technologies and service models (e.g., VoIP, broadband, wireless) is a plus
Software development life cycle knowledge and related tools is a plus
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, UiPath) is a plus
