Responsibilities

Coordinating Endocrinology Grand Rounds (EGR) and assisting with Continuing Medical Education (CME) matters
Coordinating faculty searches and orienting new hires
Assisting with IT system access and medical staff credentialing
Addressing various ad hoc human resources concerns
Overseeing facilities coordination within the division, handling maintenance and repair issues independently
Organizing special projects and managing events
Overseeing the division’s procurement processes and handling faculty reimbursement requests

Required

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Minimum 1+ years directly relevant experience required
Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing
Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
