Operations Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities
Becoming an expert in the fab logistics process flow implementing lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Ownership of Operational Excellence projects collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production staff, and quality control, to optimize manufacturing processes
Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Analyze production data and generate reports for management review, assessing key performance indicators (KPIs)
Train production staff on new processes, tools, and technologies
Provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues on the manufacturing floor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree is required
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks and projects
Proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change
Ability to develop/write standards and deploy/train personnel
Ability to flex hours to interact with multiple shifts 15% of the time
