Responsibilities
Creating detailed fabrication, erection, permit, and anchor rod drawings based on engineering designs
Uploading, editing, and releasing parts into the manufacturing system
Collaborating with project teams to address design issues and maintain efficient, cost-effective progress
Supporting production schedules, departmental targets, and continuous improvement initiatives
Performing quality checks on drawings and deliverables
Providing leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to Detailing Team members
Helping develop and maintain standardized processes while growing your technical and product expertise
Qualification
Required
An Associate or 2-year technical degree or 6 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
6+ years of pre-engineered building or conventional steel detailing experience
Proven experience leading complex projects and providing direction to multiple technicians
