They are seeking a Pacemaker Technician to perform interrogations of pacemakers and implantable defibrillators, monitor patient data, and assist cardiologists with procedures.

Responsibilities
The technologist will perform interrogations of pacemakers and implantable defibrillator's
Monitor, write reports, and manage remote patient interrogations
Identify critical device and/or patient issues and bring them to the attention of the provider, and maintain the device database
Assists cardiologists with cardiac procedures and exams
Maintains and monitors systems, equipment, and supplies for the assigned department
Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge of a variety of software applications programs
Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety procedures
Pacemaker programming experience
ACLS
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
National Certification
CCSD, IBHRE, and CRAT certifications are required within the first year
Preferred
Associate's Degree in CVT program from an accredited institution
