Responsibilities

You will have responsibility for managing risk and opportunity up through all boards, metrics management and evaluation, developing program review documentation, performing integration activities across the organization and program, supporting the leadership business rhythms, and supporting the proposal and budget cycles

Required

Experience managing projects related to sunsetting software to include task management, WBS development, and stakeholder communication
Experience identifying current functionality in the old systems, identifying functionality in the new systems, and related gap analysis to understand if appropriate functionality has been migrated and the old systems are no longer providing services
Experience documenting integrations between systems to understand interoperability and impacts to systems
Experience understanding and documenting data archive activities and general migration support
Familiar with Manufacturing Execution Systems like Apriso or IMPS/MAP and ERP systems such as SAP or S4/HANA
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to influence and execute on planned initiatives
Experience in program development with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and leadership
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including to non-technical personnel
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
Ability to work autonomously in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Experience in facilitation, with the ability to engage and motivate a variety of stakeholders
Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
You bring positivity and enthusiasm to every project you touch. In addition to the work, you love being part of a team and working collaboratively through the process
Familiarity with software, database migration, and general Information Technology architecture
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems and related processes
Familiarity with or the ability to learn: Outlook, MS Teams, Confluence, Jira, Tableau, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
