Digital Markets CRM - Product Manager - Associate

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and refining CRM workflows for lead generation, sales pipeline management, client onboarding, and post-trade support, tailored to the needs of digital market sales teams
Help ensure the CRM platform provides sales teams with real-time data, actionable insights, and automated processes to maximize efficiency and client impact
Support the integration of CRM with other digital platforms, such as trading systems, analytics tools, and client portals, to provide a holistic view of client interactions and sales activities
Advocate for intuitive, user-centric design that simplifies sales processes and enhances productivity for front-office teams
Participate in feedback loops with users to identify pain points, suggest enhancements, and support ongoing optimization of CRM workflows
Contribute ideas for incorporating AI, machine learning, and automation to streamline tasks and deliver predictive insights that support proactive sales strategies

Required

3-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field, with exposure to delivering successful products or projects
Basic understanding of the Markets business or financial services
Technical aptitude, with experience supporting platform or product development
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Customer-centric mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred

Experience or coursework related to CRM systems
Familiarity with AI/LLM frameworks or mobile product development is a plus
