Responsibilities

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery

Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving success through effective communication and leadership

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring project goals and timelines are aligned

Support resolutions for escalations in a timely and efficient manner

Execute and deliver on client initiatives, milestones, and timelines

Ensure alignment with client objectives and prioritization through efficiently utilizing team resources within a Sprint cycle

Maintain meeting notes, risk logs, project timelines, and other key artifacts

Coordinate and oversee release management activities including release notes and release runbook to ensure seamless delivery

Drive and align cross-functional teams to achieve shared project goals in a matrixed environment

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in (relevant degree) or equivalent experience and may require up to 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience

Strong command of iterative development practices and agile methodologies, including sprint planning, execution, and delivery

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage clients and team members at all levels

Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-resolution skills, with a focus on driving results

Exceptional client communication and escalation management ability

Proficient with JIRA and/or other project management tools

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English
